  • Lake Huron Room: Andy Hetzel, APR, Vice President of Corporate Communications at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan – PR Challenges Around the Affordable Care Act and Rollout of Obamacare


  • Ballroom: Ari Adler, Communications Director and Press Secretary at Office of Michigan House Speaker Jase Bolger – Media Relations

12:45-1:45pm Ballroom: Keynote Speaker – Sara Wurfel, APR: Press Secretary at State of Michigan/Executive Office of Governor Rick Snyder

2:00-3:30pm Ballroom: Interactive Professional Development Session and Infographics workshop with Karl Gude, former Director of Information Graphics at various large news organizations, including The Associated Press and Newsweek magazine, and now a professor in the Comm Arts College at MSU

Saturday night attendees will be free to explore the Lansing/East Lansing area.

After completing registration for Electing Excellence, you will be automatically registered for the Sweet Soiree networking event to benefit the Greater Lansing Food Bank on Friday night, however you must also pay the $5 donation online or at the door.
